iOS content design with brand theme
This slideshow captures some of the iOS screens that a mobile customer sees or might see in-product as we connect their data to our product.

CUI/VUI prototype
Exploring chat & voice UX, I created these mockups to demonstrate how those UIs might enhance and expand on the existing ones. Exploring future UIs also helps the current content design--especially voice and tone--become more conversational and approachable for customers.

Consent language with error animation
The clip captures an error that surfaces when the customer's agreement isn't captured on the backend for some reason, such as a network glitch. A secondary piece of content animates in to tell the reader to try again.

Design thinking
I love human-centered design: from its particular points to its overall purpose. Whether the stickies are virtual or actual, whether the sketching and storyboarding is hand-drawn or mocked with watermarked images, I enjoy thinking and doing design and research with others, realizing our ideas even for practice.
